INDEPENDENT DOCUMENTATION

A certificate of analysis should identify the batch it represents and remain connected to the inventory released from that batch. Revel’s system is designed around active-lot documentation rather than detached or generic reports.

Independent analytical testing

Released inventory is intended to be supported by independent third-party analytical results appropriate to the material and batch. Test methods, results and limitations must be read from the actual certificate; Revel does not substitute generalized website claims for the underlying report.

Active-lot controls

A product remains unavailable for ordering when stock is zero or when the required current batch certificate has not been approved. This control reduces the risk of sending a buyer documentation for a different lot.

Order-linked certificate delivery

For qualifying orders, the active batch certificate is archived with the order record and delivered automatically. Historical order documentation remains distinct from certificates assigned to later inventory.

Verification responsibility

Qualified buyers should review the complete certificate, methods, dates, identifiers and stated limitations for their intended research purpose. A certificate does not authorize human or veterinary use.
