Revel Biotechnology distributes research materials only through approved business accounts and only when the applicable product is released for ordering.

Order release

An order is not ready for fulfillment until the account is approved, payment is verified, inventory is available, and each ordered product has a complete active batch record and certificate of analysis. Revel may pause or cancel an order that cannot pass these controls.

Delivery area and address requirements

Online ordering is currently designed for approved United States business delivery addresses accepted by the protected checkout. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address where an authorized representative can receive the shipment. Forwarding, export, or redirection outside the approved delivery arrangement requires Revel’s prior written approval.

Shipping charges and timing

Available shipping methods, charges, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Free United States shipping may be applied when displayed at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates begin only after payment and compliance review; they are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and receipt

Tracking information will be provided through the order record or account contact information when available. The receiving organization should inspect the shipment promptly, preserve the packaging and lot information, and report visible damage, shortage, or mismatch through Revel’s website contact process.

Do not return any material without written return authorization and shipping instructions from Revel.
