QUALITY & TRACEABILITY

Traceability is only useful when the paperwork matches the material being supplied. Revel’s release framework is designed to preserve a documented chain from the qualified source to the finished research vial and the business order.

1. Qualified source documentation

Material identity and manufacturing records begin the chain. Supplier claims are not presented as verified facts until the supporting documentation has been reviewed.

2. Batch and finished-vial identity

Lot references are used to connect source records, finished inventory and the vial supplied to the approved buyer.

3. Independent analytical review

Third-party results are associated with the applicable batch so the certificate can be evaluated against the released inventory—not treated as a generic marketing document.

4. Revel incoming review

Incoming records and finished inventory are reviewed before a lot becomes orderable. Inventory without the required active documentation remains unavailable.

5. Order-specific records

The active certificate associated with a qualifying order is archived with that order and delivered through the protected business-account workflow.
