Business Supply Terms

These Business Supply Terms govern access to Revel Biotechnology’s private business catalog and online ordering workflow. They are an operational summary and do not replace a signed agreement, purchase-order terms expressly accepted by Revel in writing, or applicable law.

Approved business access

Catalog access is limited to organizations approved by Revel. Approval may be conditioned on additional verification and may be suspended or withdrawn. Each organization is responsible for the accuracy of its application, authorized users, account security, and continued eligibility.

Research materials only

All materials are supplied exclusively for institutional, laboratory, and analytical research. They are not for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dispensing, compounding, food, drugs, cosmetics, or household use. The customer is responsible for lawful acquisition, handling, storage, use, and disposition.

Catalog information and orders

Catalog descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability may change before an order is accepted. A submitted order is a request to purchase and remains subject to account review, inventory availability, active batch documentation, payment verification, address review, and Revel’s acceptance. Revel may reject, hold, correct, or cancel an order when necessary to protect compliance, traceability, security, or data accuracy.

Payment, tax, and shipping

Amounts shown before payment control the online transaction. Applicable tax and available shipping terms are calculated or displayed during the protected order process. Payment authorization does not require Revel to fulfill an order that fails release controls; any resulting resolution will be handled through the order record and applicable payment process.

Lot documentation

Released products require a complete active batch record and certificate of analysis. The lot-linked certificate associated with an accepted order is archived with that order and may be delivered electronically. Customers must preserve product labels, lot references, and order documents.

Website and account use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, share restricted catalog information with consumers, interfere with the website, misrepresent approval, or use Revel’s content or records to imply authorization for clinical or patient use.

Questions and order issues

Use the website contact process for account, order, shipping, or documentation questions. Do not submit patient information, medical records, payment-card numbers, or unrelated sensitive personal data.
